I wanted to reach out to teenage girls who are victims of misogyny due to culture and society to tell them that they can be brave and fight the cultural and societal expectations that stops them from being who they are.

My photo publication highlights the tiny little hints of misogyny towards an asian teenage girl that people often overlook. These small hints can feel like constant blows that stops a girl from being herself as she slaves for misogyny her whole life.
MOTION DESIGN FILM:
Do you know me?
"Do you know me?" is about one of the effects that misogyny can have on a teenage girl: identity crisis. As she follows the beck and call of everyone, she slowly loses herself; until she decides to go against the rules and find herself again.
